Howdy's Supper Club Ticket Purchase Agreement & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending this Supper Club event (“Event”), you (“Guest”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Guest understands that consuming food and beverages, including those prepared in private or non-commercial kitchen environments, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or other adverse health effects. Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with attending the Event and consuming any food or beverages provided.
2. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Guest acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to inform the host of any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions prior to the Event. The host makes no guarantees that any food served will be free from allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, or other common allergens.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges Greenhaven Co LLC DBA Howdy's Vintage, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any illness, injury, allergic reaction, or other harm allegedly caused by the consumption of food or beverages at the Event.
4. No Warranties
All food and beverages are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Indemnification
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Greenhaven Co LLC DBA Howdy's Vintage from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from Guest’s participation in the Event or violation of this Agreement.
6. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Guest further acknowledges that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
